It Began as a
Personal Ritual

It began with a personal ritual… In the quiet hours of her own daily tea practice, Suki Sohn discovered something profound, a return to self through breath, scent, and stillness. With a background spanning finance, creative direction, and mindful leadership, Suki spent over two decades building global brands and advising visionary founders. But it was this personal ritual that revealed a deeper calling to bridge the wisdom of ancient ceremony with the needs of the modern soul.

Suki is the founder of the Maun Method, a platform that invites individuals and corporations alike to reconnect with presence through curated rituals, sensory journeys, and sacred simplicity. Her work blends business acumen with intuitive design, offering a unique path to grounded creativity and inner alignment.

The Quiet Within

The Maun Method stands on four sacred pillars, Mindfulness, Authenticity, Unity, and Nurturance. These are not concepts, they are energies we embody. Mindfulness is the act of returning to the now, listening with the whole body. Authenticity is the shedding of layers that are not ours, so the soul may speak clearly. Unity is the remembrance that we are not alone, we are threads in a living web, connected to earth, to spirit, and to one another. Nurturance is the gentle tending of the inner garden, the act of giving ourselves what we seek from the world. Together, these pillars guide the Maun path, a ritual of remembering, a return to the original self.

Paths to Practice

There are many ways to begin your journey with Maun. You may start alone, with a personal ritual kit and digital guide that leads you through the four sacred pillars, mindfulness, authenticity, unity, and nurturance. This is your first return, a quiet encounter with self. If the practice already lives within you, you are invited to step deeper into a Maun Circle, a guided collective experience where presence is shared, and silence becomes ceremony.

For those who carry responsibility for others, Maun may also be offered within organisations, bringing ritual, reconnection, and renewal into the heart of the workplace. However you enter, the path is the same, inward.
